Payment Schedule
- 1st Installment 25% of Project Cost as Advance
- 2nd Installment 25% of Project Cost on Design Approval / 1st Preview

Terms & Conditions
- Brand to provide Lifestyle images, Logos, Colour Themes(if any) for Creatives.
- Product Images, Specs & Description data to be provided by brand in excel format for listings.
- Domain Charges, Shopify Fee, Third Party app charges, PG charges to be paid by Brand to the respective entity directly.
- Premium Themes charges(one time cost) to be paid directly by brand to shopify.
- Brand to provide all documentation for Accounts verification like Payment Gateway, Meta accounts, Google accounts.
- Only plan difference amount payable for stores who are upgrading from Regular plan to Shopify plus development plan.
- Prices applicable from 01-12-2024.
- Pricing only for Stores whose billing address is in India.
- Project Delivery timelines 6-8 weeks.
- Delivery Timelines may vary depending upon scope of customisation, brand inputs.
