  3. Contract Period:- The Brand Partnership Plan requires a minimum commitment period (suggested: 6–12 months) to allow Geocommerce to establish an effective strategy.
  4. Payment Terms:- Geocommerce’s fee is a monthly share of sales revenue, payable at the end of each month.
  5. Conflict Resolution: In case of issues with agency performance, Geocommerce will mediate discussions between the brand and the agency to ensure alignment.Pricing for performance Marketing Services only.
  6. Net Sales Calculated basis of Delivered orders data.
  7. Growth Partner plan available only for selected Brands.
  8. Shopify Management Plan subscription is mandatory.
  9. Advertising invoices of Meta & Google to be paid directly by brand to respective platforms.
